They operate from Virginia in America and their influence is such that they are providing a popular credit card exclusively to be used in the UK. This can of international approach to business only comes from businesses which are extremely large and powerful, which Capital One is both of. Capital One is one of the reasons that credit cards became so widely used during the 1990s, as they were providing a service which was obtainable to even those with poor credit history. Luma is a perfect example of this and over the years they have provided many cards with similar features and appeals.
The UK headquarters for Capital One is in Nottingham and it is in these offices that information regarding Luma will be handled. The Nottingham base of operations is just one of the international locations for Capital One. They also work in Canada and in the past, they also had offices based in Spain, Italy, France and South Africa. These other international offices have since closed, however.
